Refund and Returns Policy

Please contact Oakton Embellishments regarding any returns, refunds, or remake requests.  Please note the following:

  • Returns, refund or remake: Request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

  • Shipping charges: All shipping charges for returning products must be paid by the returnee.

 

  • Requesting a return/refund/remake:  We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you encounter an issue with your order, we do have a return, refund or reprint policy to address your concerns and provide a positive experience.

    Email ashley@oaktondtf.ca to request a Return Authorization (RA Number). 

    • Please include your email, date of purchase, and whether this is a return, refund, or remake request.
    • Provide images (if possible) along with a clear description of any concerns.
    • Our service team will review your request and provide guidance on the next steps.
    • Once the request is reviewed and processed, you will receive an RA Number that must be labelled on the outside of the return parcel.  Shipping charges to be paid by returnee.

     

    What cannot be returned: Custom decorated apparel cannot be returned or refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.
