Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction but in the event that you encounter any issues with an order, please see below return, refund, and reprint policy to address your concerns.  Thank you!

  1. Returns or Refunds: 15-day return/refund policy from the date of order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email Oakton DTF with a description of the issue.
  1. Reprint Policy: In addition to our return/refund policy, we also offer a reprint option if there are issues with the print quality, alignment, or other defects. If you believe your order requires a reprint, please follow the steps below:
  • Take clear photos or provide detailed descriptions of the specific issues with the product.
  • Contact Oakton DTF within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the reprint process.

 

Return/Refund/Reprint Contact Information: For any inquiries or assistance related to returns, refunds, or reprints, please reach out to our customer service team using the following contact information:

 

    Email ashley@oaktondtf.ca to request a Return Authorization (RA Number). 

    • Please include your email, date of purchase, and whether this is a return, refund, or remake request.
    • Provide images (if possible) along with a clear description of any concerns.
    • Our service team will review your request and provide guidance on the next steps.
    • Once the request is reviewed and processed, you will receive an RA Number that must be labelled on the outside of the return parcel.  Shipping charges to be paid by returnee.

     

    What cannot be returned: Custom decorated apparel cannot be returned or refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.
